Medical Device Disclaimer: PostureIQ is a posture awareness trainer and biofeedback reminder device. It is NOT a medical device and has not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any medical regulatory body. PostureIQ is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or medical condition, including back pain, neck pain, scoliosis, or any musculoskeletal condition. Do not use as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a diagnosed spinal condition, injury, chronic pain, or other health concern, consult a qualified healthcare provider before use.

1. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately represent our products. Colors may appear slightly different on screen than in person. Product specifications are subject to change without notice as we continually improve our offerings.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD. The minimum purchase price for PostureIQ is $44.99. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors.

3. Shipping & Delivery

PostureIQ ships internationally from our fulfillment warehouse. Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days from the date of shipment (not order date). Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier capacity.

Because this product contains a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, it is shipped via a specialized carrier (YunExpress Sensitive channel) to comply with international transport regulations for battery-containing devices.

4. Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. PostureIQ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Proper Use

PostureIQ is designed for use by healthy adults as a posture awareness aid. Do not use if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device. Discontinue use if you experience skin irritation, discomfort, or unusual symptoms, and consult a healthcare provider.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and copy — is owned by or licensed to PostureIQ / TrendFlow and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostureIQ's liability for any claim arising out of a product purchase is limited to the purchase price paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except where prohibited by law.
