To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking information. Items must not show signs of physical damage caused by misuse.
For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please do not return items without contacting us first.
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days of your expected delivery window, contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or full refund.
Items showing signs of physical damage caused by misuse, dropped damage, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for return.
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, orders may already be processed for fulfillment and cannot be cancelled — the standard return process applies upon delivery.
